Every Home Coin and upgrade-material cost to raise your RV level, from RV 1 to RV 20, with running totals and the buildings that produce each material.
What every RV upgrade costs
Raising your RV level costs Home Coins and two kinds of upgrade material that you have to produce yourself. The table lists the full price of each step from RV 1 to RV 20, plus the running total of coins you will have spent by that point. All values are taken from the same data table the planner uses.

How the materials change as you level
The upgrade materials change at fixed points, and each set is made by different buildings. Knowing which building makes the current set tells you where to focus your workers:
- RV 1 → 2 up to RV 2 → 3: Wood Block (made at the Woodland).
- RV 3 → 4 up to RV 5 → 6: Mineral Sand (made at the Mine) and Wood Block (made at the Woodland).
- RV 6 → 7 up to RV 9 → 10: Coarse Sifted Ore (made at the Chimney Kiln) and Rough Lumber (made at the Woodworking Bench).
- RV 10 → 11 up to RV 13 → 14: Sintered Ore Brick (made at the Chimney Kiln) and Standard Planks (made at the Woodworking Bench).
- RV 14 → 15 up to RV 17 → 18: Laminated Beams (made at the Woodworking Bench) and Refined Ore (made at the Chimney Kiln).
- RV 18 → 19 up to RV 19 → 20: Densified Timber Component (made at the Woodworking Bench) and Microcrystalline Ore Plate (made at the Chimney Kiln).
Upgrade materials cannot be sold for coins, so every unit you make is production capacity that is not earning coins directly. This trade-off is why the planner offers a Simplest RV Upgrade goal alongside the coin, AniiExp and AniiPod goals.

Reaching RV 20 from RV 1 costs 74,142,140 Home Coins in total, plus the following materials:

From RV 5 onward, the steepest increase from one step to the next is RV 5 → 6, which costs about 4.4× as many coins as RV 4 → 5. Costs rise steeply: the last step alone, RV 19 → 20, costs 20,800,000 coins.
Planning around these costs
- Check the materials before the coins. Coins can come from many recipes, but upgrade materials come from only two buildings at a time. If those buildings are short on workers or plots, they are what limits how soon you can level up.
