Aniimo work skills and recommended workers
Data version 2.8.6 · Last updated 12 October 2026 · Unofficial fan guide, not affiliated with Aniimo or its publishers
Which Aniimo have which Homeland work skills, which recipes need each skill, and how to choose workers when slots are limited.
How Aniimo work in your Homeland
Every recipe needs a specific type of work, and every working Aniimo has one or more work skills at a certain level. A recipe can only be made if the Aniimo assigned to it has the skill the recipe asks for, at or above the required level. Some recipes, like crops, need several skills in a row, so more than one Aniimo may be involved.
The planner works with three worker modes: Minimum (the lowest valid trait level), Recommended Trait Lvl.3 (the default) and Best Available Lv.4. You can also build a Custom Roster of the Aniimo you actually own and the plan will use them first. The tables below list the Aniimo that the planner's data associates with each work skill.

Choosing workers well
- Cover the bottleneck skill first. If a building keeps your plan from growing, the skill it needs is the skill to add.
- Prefer versatile Aniimo when slots are limited. An Aniimo with several skills can cover several jobs, which matters because your Homeland has a cap on how many Aniimo can work at once.
- Use the Custom Roster. Adding the Aniimo you own tells the planner what you really have, and the “Aniimo Needed” section then shows only the workers you are still missing.
Want this worked out for your own Homeland? The planner takes your RV level, goal and Aniimo workers and calculates the production plan for you.
